We ask for at least two weeks lead time. During Holidays, though we are able to guarantee shipping date, we cannot guarantee delivery date. Expedited shipping is available for a fee.
Yes, we will include one gift note per order. If your gift note requires detailed customization, please contact us.
We ask for payment details before shipping. For established customers, 30 day invoicing may be available.
