DELIVERY TIME

After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully process, pack and ship your chocolate for safe travel. We'll send tracking information via email to keep you informed of delivery date and time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer standard and expedited shipping via Canada Post and UPS. Transit times vary depending on destination, chosen shipping method and whether the shipper experiences any delays due to weather conditions or other reasons. When your order subtotal is $75 or more, after applying any discounts, shipping is free. A surcharge may apply to remote destinations, overweight and oversize orders. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO’s or FPO’s.

USA and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Located a stone's throw from the USA/Canada border, of course we ship to our southern neighbours, and other countries, via Canada Post and UPS. Transit times vary depending on destination, chosen shipping method, and whether the shipper experiences any delays due to weather conditions, custom processing or other reasons.

For the USA, when your order subtotal is $90 or more, after applying any discounts, shipping is free. A surcharge may apply to remote destinations, overweight and oversize orders. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO’s or FPO’s. Also, please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges that may apply when crossing borders.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

If your craving for Roxy's Chocolate is keeping you up at night (ohhh, we understand!), and you cannot go one more day without, please contact us at roxys@roxyschocolate.com to make arrangements for overnight shipping.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

When shipping to destinations with temperatures over 21C/70F, we may delay your shipment in order to decrease transit time. Alternatively, we may ask that  you select an expedited shipping option, for an additional charge, to ensure that your chocolate arrives in the same perfect condition that it left Roxy's Chocolate factory.

'Cold shipping' during warm weather is essential. To prevent heat damage and chocolate melt during transit, we use ice packs and insulation. However, if temperatures are too crazy hot that even ice packs lose their chill, we'll hold your order until weather cools enough to allow for safe shipping.

To avoid chocolate sitting in an environment that is not temperature-controlled, we generally avoid shipping during the weekend, especially during warm weather. The reason being that many parcel carriers do not move product over the weekend, resulting in greater risk of melt; and melt affects quality and integrity of chocolate.

Please keep in mind that, in hot weather, packaged chocolate sitting outside for even a few hours or less may suffer heat damage. This is our friendly nudge / reminder / encouragement for you to ship to an address where someone is available to receive the package in a timely manner.

ORDER CHANGES

We will do our best to fulfill order change requests but, unfortunately, we're not able to guarantee that changes will be accommodated. Should you wish to request an order change, please email roxys@roxyschocolate.com with your order number and requested change.

Return Policy

As chocolate is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns. However, if you have concerns about your chocolate, please contact roxys@roxyschocolate.com and we will do our best to make it right. Please include your proof of purchase, order number, phone number, and photos of contents of your order. We will review your claim and, if warranted, either issue a refund or re-send chocolate.
